No one's THIS STUPID when it comes to customer service. This is definitely a scam business at this point. It's been a complete fucking nightmare and I'm still not able to cash out. I contact them for the 6th time, only to have some brain dead idiot ask me for all my banking info AGAIN, which I just got through sending them. I go to do it, and get hit with a notification that I need to contact customer service, again. I FINALLY got an email saying my bank info is all set up and I can FINALLY cash out. What makes it worse is that every time I open a new ticket, it's a new customer service person, who has no idea what I'm referring to. I've had to open 6 new customer support tickets, just to reply to the original, because every time I send an email reply to the customer service emails, they don't receive it and I get an email 24 hours later saying they haven't heard from me. Their email system for customer service seems to be rejecting email responses from customers. We have investigated the issue raised in the customers complaint and note. ![]() I've been in a month long battle with them to get my bank info verified, and it's been a complete fucking train wreck the entire way through. ![]() ![]() Something crazy is up with them for sure.
